We in HK/China are known for having real frenzy from such outbreaks, especially with our history with SARS.
Schools, universities and businesses are closed as more and more people are leaving due to the spread of the virus, which is disrupting regular life on the continent.
The Chabad Emissaries around all HK and mainland China are staying put and not leaving.
We are here to strengthen the Jewish communities as well as the local population by distributing masks and warm meals, as well as offering personal guidance, activities for adults and kids, and whatever else may be needed.
Please continue to pray, as we do, that this new virus should disappear as quickly as it arrived and soon better days will come to us all. Thank you for all your warm wishes continuously.
